Top 5 most played last month
Blockchain Games: Which Are the Most Played at the End of July 2022?
While the incoming data shows that the number one game retains the crown, the price of the game symbols at the top of the list has increased.
Blockchain Games: Alien Worlds at number one
According to DappRadar data, Alien Worlds receives approximately 230,000 visitors daily. The game is a significant obstacle for its competitors. It hosted over 600,000 unique addresses in total in the past month.
Working on WAX and Binance Smart Chain (BSC) blockchains, Alien Worlds is taking advantage of the recovery seen in the cryptocurrency markets in July. Their token TLM managed to gain 21.6% in value during the 30-day period. TLM is listed on leading cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance and KuCoin.
Axie Infinity in that Second
Axie Infinity, the pioneer in the GameFi industry, managed to enter the list in second place. However, the game has lost the trust of many players after being subjected to cyber attacks.
But since there have been improvements to the Ronin blockchain, players are giving Axie Infinity another chance. In the last month, 512,000 unique addresses were logged on Axie Infinity.
While over 510,000 addresses may seem remarkable for a blockchain-based game, AXS has hosted many more players than in the past. In July, parallel to the general market upswing, the price of AXS coin rose 23%, surpassing TLM.
Splinterlands comes in third
Splinterlands ranked third among the most visited blockchain games last month. The game, which has made a name for itself in the GameFi industry, hosted 378,000 unique addresses in July.
SPS, the in-game token, managed to outperform the local assets of other popular games with a value increase of 36%.
Solitaire Blitz in fourth place
The well-established game Solitaire Blitz is often mentioned on mobile platforms. It has 357,000 monthly users, which takes it to 4th place on the list.
Blockchain Games: Upland in fifth place
Upland has been open to players since July 2018. The game managed to enter the list at 5th place with 209,000 users.
Despite the crypto winter, investment in blockchain games is increasing, albeit in a more moderate capacity.
