2X Emmy Award-winning motion designer — Raoul Marks teamed up with the Calder Foundation and TRLab to create a Calder-inspired NFT collection. This project, titled The Calder Question, is the first official one NFT creation dedicated to the artist of the 20th century – Alexander Calder. On October 6, the Calder Foundation and TRLab announced a collaboration with Raoul Marks in a new NFT project. In light of the association, Raoul Marks created the limited edition NFTs for “Mobiles” – the first season of The Calder Question. Therefore, the sole aim of Mobiles is to highlight Calder’s mastery of sculptural art forms.
Apparently the NFTs are limited edition from The Calder Question include five extraordinary mobiles art, which is one minute long each. Also, at the end of the learning experience, participants can access them, but at a price. However, the experience is free to join. Participants must also connect to the crypto wallet to get through the 3-week journey.
Marks had to work with Rower to allow viewers to experience mobile NFTs from a unique technology perspective. In his words, “I want viewers to feel transported to the edge of space, to peer into black holes surrounded by points of light or to sweep beneath giant monoliths suspended in the void”. Above all, he wanted people to want to know about Calder’s exceptional work and its continuing relevance.
The Calder Question opened on 6 October, is an educational NFT collection experience in memory of Alexander Calder. In addition, the project aims to integrate art education elements, gaming and NFT collection into an art-focused interactive experience.
The project will last for three weeks, and participants will work on challenges and cooperative activities to unlock rewards. More importantly, the most active participants will have exclusive access to collectibles and personal invitations to art collections.
By October 31 – the end of the journey – active participants will have access to the five NFTs at an offer of $8,000 each. But by November 1st, the price goes up to $16,000.

Raoul Marks is a 2x Emmy Award-winning filmmaker and image maker. Apart from his current project with The Calder Foundation, he has worked on series such as The Crown, Westworld and True Detective. In addition, he has worked for major brands such as Apple and Louis Vuitton to create major campaigns. Triple X, an organization representing Marks, is focused on curating high-quality digital art and NFT projects. Raoul Marks, who created Pop Zero — The NFT gathering in March, seems to have several big plans in the NFT space.
