No skimmer in crypto! Bitcoin down to $19,000, Ether hovering around $13,000
Cryptocurrency prices remained flat on Tuesday morning. The global cryptocurrency market capitalization has decreased 0.13 percent, and the global cryptocurrency market cap is $932.20 billion. The total cryptocurrency market volume in the last 24 hours is $51.91 million, marking an increase of 10.22 percent. The volume of all stablecoins is $47.86 billion.
Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB
Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB have been in the red for the past 24 hours.
Bitcoin is trading at $19,342 and is down 0.28 percent. Its dominance is 39.83 percent. Ethereum blockchain’s native token fell 0.21 percent and is trading at $1,346. BNB, the native cryptocurrency of Binance Smart Chain, witnessed a downward trend of 0.02 percent.
Stable coins
Stablecoins did not show much volatility and most of them maintained parity with $1.
USDT Tether stablecoin showed 0.01 percent negative change in value during the last 24 hours and is trading at $1. The USDC stablecoin also changed 0.01 percent and is trading at $1. BinanceUSD or BUSD witnessed a negative change of 0.01 percent in its value in the last 24 hours. The stablecoin is also trading at $1.
Stablecoin DAI fell 0.01 percent and is trading at $0.999.
Layer 1 blockchain tokens
Top cryptocurrencies native to layer 1 blockchain networks such as Ripple, Solana, Avalanche and Cardano showed mixed momentum over the past 24 hours.
Solana blockchain’s SOL witnessed an uptrend of 0.53 percent, while Avalanche’s AVAX fell 1.56 percent. Cardano’s ADA showed a 1.54 percent uptrend. XRP Ripple fell 1.91 percent.
Polka dot and polygon
Polkadot’s native cryptocurrency, DOT, and Polygon’s native crypto token, MATIC, showed positive momentum.
DOT token is up 1.12 percent and Polygon’s MATIC crypto token is up 0.25 percent in the last 24 hours.
Memecoins
Memecoins showed mixed momentum. Dogecoin is down 0.99 percent, while meme cryptocurrency Shiba Inu has fallen 0.17 percent in the last 24 hours.
Majority of the top cryptocurrency tokens have witnessed mixed movement in the last 24 hours. The prices of crypto-tokens remained flat without major changes.
