Hunter Allen’s Project Fuerza turns professionals’ best performances into NFT art

Peaks Coaching founder Hunter Allen has launched Project Fuerza to capture top professionals’ performance data and turn it into art, which will be issued as NFTs through the Tour de France.

Top cyclists, including Peter Sagan, Geraint Thomas, Mark Cavendish, Dan Martin, Jens Voigt and many more are on board to have their biometric data turned into digital art. Each piece is said to matter to the rider as it captures a key performance from the race.

The NFTs will be sold on ProjectFuerza.com, with new artwork added every Friday in July. Buyers will own the digital art, verifiable on the blockchain, and have access to review the practitioner’s complete power profile data for that day. Some even include the ability to meet or chat with the rider as well.

“To be honest, I did not think I had it on the line. I sat up two meters from the line to start giving it the big one, but man, Colbrelli came by so fast that he almost took off my helmet. But it’s very nice to get that victory. The art turns its power data and made a scatter plot of this, called Quadrant Analysis, which tells you how the practitioner created power. These dots are throughout the artwork which is an excellent example of mixing art, images and power data in one.
