Good Deeds NFT platform Signifty.me announces beta test on April 12
Signifty.me, the NFT platform for championing good deeds, has announced its beta test. The event takes place on 12 April, and paves the way for the entire platform launch.
The Signifty platform unites the power of community and celebrity, using shared goals to achieve social good.
Signifty’s beta test will center around two key missions. The first is an initiative to help Cross River gorillas in the border region of Cameroon and Nigeria. The second initiative concerns providing emergency aid to people who have been injured in Syria.
The two beta missions will be implemented with the support of partner organization CrypDonate, the world’s first crypto donation platform for charities. The non-profit organization has a mandate to act transparently and ethically for the benefit of both donors and recipients. It exclusively supports small, low-cost charities and maximizes the social good that can be achieved.
The platform beta test will give community members an opportunity to try out several of Signifty’s key features. Users will have a chance to login, create NFTs and view newly acquired NFTs in their account as well as in Signifty’s AR gallery. NFT recipients will be granted lifetime whitelist access, guaranteeing access to all future Signifty assignments.
The first beta mission, to support Cross River gorillas, will be implemented with the help of the African Conservation Foundation, an award-winning charity focused on protecting Africa’s endangered wildlife. Since 2004, the team has focused on protecting gorillas in the Cameroon-Nigeria border region. Poaching and habitat loss due to the climate crisis have left fewer than 300 Cross River gorillas left in the wild.
The second beta mission will be adopted with the help of Aramaic Relief International, an NGO founded on Christian values. It provides humanitarian aid to displaced, vulnerable families and poor, defenseless children in need. It is focused on war-torn regions such as Syria, Iraq, South Sudan and Uganda. After the earthquakes in Syria and Turkey on February 6, there is a desperate need for help in the region.
With Signifty, celebrities such as musicians and influencers can choose charities that suit their tastes. Missions are then created on the Signifty platform that will help support these purposes. This can be an environmental project, humanitarian initiative or another form of social good. Celebrities provide unique content as multimedia that Signifty digitizes and publishes as an NFT collection.
Each mission has a fundraising goal, complete overview of key deliverables and details on how the NFT drop will occur. Available collection mechanisms include auction and fixed price sales. Community members are able to follow the progress of the mission and track the movement of funds on the chain to ensure that the goals of the mission are met and all obligations are met.
Individuals interested in participating in the beta test can register on the Signifty website now. There is still time to register for the beta test and to create an exclusive NFT that will give access to a number of benefits when the Signifty platform goes live.
