French DJ Agoria rewards fans with NFT royalties
Acclaimed French DJ and artist, Agoria, celebrates his two-year journey in the NFT art scene by offering a unique token of appreciation to his fans and collectors. In an attempt to unite his community, known as the “Agorians”.
Agoria presents a shared ownership interest in royalties from his upcoming record – a symbolic gesture that embodies the endless loop of support and creativity.
The upcoming song has already garnered praise during its Ibiza debut. The official release party for the record will take place on June 7 at the NFC Lisboa event in Lisbon, marking an important moment in Agoria’s artistic journey.
To bring this project to life, Agoria is partnering with Bolero, a blockchain-based music platform, using their newly launched “Song Shares” feature.
Bolero’s CEO, William Bailey, highlights the exponential growth since the launch of Song Shares, which exceeded expectations and is setting new milestones.
Claiming eligible royalties requires individuals to create an account on Bolero and connect to their wallet, thus embracing the transformative potential of traceability and fairer compensation structures in the music industry.
Agoria’s venture into the NFT space began in 2021, starting with imprinting artwork on platforms like Foundation and expanding to platforms like OBJKT and SuperRare.
Through this journey, Agoria has cultivated a vibrant community of collectors who appreciate his unique artistic style. Furthermore, Agoria’s collaboration with biologist Alice Meunier deepens the fusion of music and neuroscience, revealing the deep connection between sound and the human brain.
Seeing NFTs as an opportunity to share scientific discoveries with a wider audience, Agoria has also explored the field of artificial intelligence, experimenting with biological generative art. These endeavors have garnered significant recognition, establishing Agoria as a prominent figure in the NFT community.
To promote interaction in his community, Agoria actively engages in discussions on Twitter and Discord, making connections with curators, museums, galleries and various platforms.
Reflecting on the transition to the digital art space, Agoria recalls his first meeting with web3 enthusiasts during a gathering in Arles, France, back in October 2021.
Despite the prevalence of economic talks, Agoria emphasizes the community’s commitment to genuine long-term development and expresses its joy to be a part of this journey.
