Now the artist is gaining recognition in the contemporary art world and will participate in a major art auction this week. ‘Year 6, age 19 – growing pains is part of a major art auction of 267 lots at Christie’s this week.
Post-war and contemporary art includes some of the most celebrated artists of the 21st century. Importantly, Christie’s estimates that the FEWOCiOUS art will fetch between $200,000 – $300,000.
Also, this is not his first collection to go to a live auction. Previously, he sold an NFT for $2.8 million at Sotheby’s.
