Cristiano Ronaldo partners with Binance for its first NFT collection
Cristiano Ronaldo is getting closer to his fans by announcing a partnership with Binance to launch his first ever NFT collection. The lineup will be live on the Binance NFT Marketplace on November 18, 2022 at 9:00 UTC. The goal is to introduce Web3 enthusiasts to the Web3 world.
The news is being spread via a global advertising campaign spearheaded by Cristiano Ronaldo. This is a result of the multi-year partnership arrangement between the football star and Binance.
The first NFT collection will consist of seven animated statues that reflect different defining moments of his life. Depending on the rarity level, each NFT comes with a unique set of bonuses. His NFT collection contains four unique rarity levels, including:
- Super Super rare
- Super rare
- Rarely
- Usual
Initially, 45 NFTs with the highest value will be made available on the market. These will include 5 Super Super Rare NFTs and 40 Super Rare NFTs. Users will have a single day to bid in the auction. Whoever places the highest bid gets NFT. Price for bidding starts from 10,000 BUSD and 1,700 BUSD for Super Super Rare and Super Rare respectively.
An additional 600 Rare NFTs and 6,000 Normal Rarity NFTs will be made available through the subscription mechanism Launchpad of Binance. Prices for normal rarity NFTs start from 77 BUSD.
Users who sign up for Binance for the first time will receive Mystery Boxes. The Cristiano Ronaldo Mystery Box may contain a limited edition NFT. This promotion is limited to the first 1.5 million new Binance users who sign up with the referral ID RONALDO or access the dedicated CR7 page. Completing the identity verification process is mandatory to qualify for the Binance promotion.
