CB Insights names Policygenius to the Fintech 250 list for the fourth time
NEW YORK, 4 October 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Fintech Leader Political genius was today named CB Insights’ fifth annual Fintech 250 rankingwhich showcases the 250 most promising private fintech companies in 2022.
Using the CB Insights platform, the research team selected these 250 winners from a pool of over 12,500 private companies, including applicants and nominees. They were selected based on factors including R&D activity, proprietary Mosaic results, market potential, business relationships, investor profile, news sentiment analysis, competitive landscape, team strength and technology novelty. The research team also reviewed more than 2,000 analyst briefings submitted by applicants.

The Fintech 250 cohort raised more than 115 billion dollars in equity financing across more than 1,100 agreements since the start of 2017 (per 20 September 2022). In 2021 alone, the winners collected more than 51 billion dollars across 337 share agreements. Political genius announced the conclusion of its Series E fundraising of 125 million dollars of new growth capital i March 2022which brings the company’s total funding to more than 250 million dollars.
