Catheon launches Catheon Storefront, an NFT marketplace built for blockchain players
Catheon Gaming, ranked as the emerging blockchain gaming giant in the “2022 KPMG & HSBC Emerging Giants in Asia Pacific report”, is pleased to announce the official launch of Catheon Storefront, a non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace built for blockchain players.
The marketplace, which will be part of the upcoming Catheon Gaming Center, will provide users with a single source to find, buy and sell NFTs that have real utility in gaming. Catheon Gaming’s mission is to provide a user experience that makes blockchain gaming accessible to all players. Catheon Storefront will have the following key features:
- All assets, regardless of whether they are sold as a primary sale from Catheon or listed on a secondary market, can be purchased through the storefront.
- Functionality for users to pay by credit card for all direct purchases.
- The storefront is multi-chain, supporting Solana and Ethereum Virtual Machine compatible chains.
- The CATHEON token will be used for purchases when it is live.

NFTs on the market will include those from Catheon’s extensive catalog of blockchain games, as well as NFTs from other developers and publishers. All NFTs on the platform provide real in-game utility within their respective game titles. Catheon’s catalog currently contains 25 high-quality games across eight game genres, with new titles being added regularly. These titles include games such as SolChicks, Aotuverse and Prajna Gate among other highly anticipated titles.
This announcement is part of a broader initiative by Catheon Gaming in announcing the Catheon Ecosystem and rebranding the CHICKS token to CATHEON to serve as their ecosystem token. This will be the first token of its kind on the Solana and Polygon networks, and with the entire Catheon Gaming brand and portfolio behind it, CATHEON will be the most developed ecosystem token of its kind in terms of utility and the breadth of the ecosystem that supports it . .
