Today’s top winners were Chain (XCN); it was up 26.05 percent to $0.06216. The biggest loser was Toncoin (TON), which was trading at $1.52 with a loss of 7.28 percent over the past 24 hours through Tuesday morning.

Bitcoin: BTC rose 0.22 percent to $20,544.73.
Its lowest intraday trade price was $20,287.46, while volume was up 41.79 percent to $46,650,404,002.
BTC trading was highly volatile on October 31, with the price often fluctuating at short intervals. The price of BTC finally traded on the morning of November 1 with small gains, but trading volume jumped by more than 40 percent, suggesting that volatility is still present.
Ethereum: Ethereum’s price rose 1.41 percent to $1,597.01 in the last 24 hours through Tuesday morning.
