Cryptocurrency prices were in the red with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) trading at a loss. Other altcoins such as Solana (SOL) were down while Polygon (MATIC) was the biggest gainer among cryptos today. Dogecoin remained the most popular crypto despite its loss in value.
The crypto market cap fell about 1.46 percent to $1.04 trillion and trading volume fell 0.47 percent to $70.04 billion, according to data from Coinmarketcap.com at 8:50 a.m.
Today’s top winner was Polygon (MATIC); it was up 7.84 percent to $1.24. The biggest loser was Solana (SOL), which traded at $0.119 with a loss of 10.23 percent over the past 24 hours through Friday morning.

Bitcoin: BTC fell 1.21 percent to $20,993.36.
Its lowest intraday trade price was $20,860.64, while volume was up 4.7 percent to $37,600,687,071.
BTC’s trading was very volatile on November 6 and the price fluctuated frequently. On top of that, the trading volume of BTC was up, but the price was in negative territory.
Ethereum: Ethereum’s price fell 1.54 percent to $1,592.59 in the last 24 hours through Monday morning.
Right up until 22:50 on November 6, ETH traded with gains. However, after 22:50, ETH experienced a bout of selling pressure which resulted in the price trading at a loss, and at 05:40 on November 7, ETH’s price was at its lowest point of the day.
The lowest price for ETH was $1,569.56. ETH’s trading volume increased by 18.33 percent to $12,485,618,900.
Other Altcoins: Solana’s (SOL) price fell 8.05 percent to $32.98 today.
Ripple (XRP) fell 2.95 percent to $0.4751 and 24-hour trading volume was down 7.9 percent to $1,016,238,419.
Cardano (ADA) was down 3.42 percent at $0.4087. Cardano’s 24-hour trading volume was down 21.96 percent to $499,457,341.
Binance (BNB) fell 2.17 percent to $340.32. Its 24-hour trading volume increased by 12.22 percent to $1,308,476,278.

Dogecoin fell 4.55 percent to $0.1177. Its 24-hour trading volume was down 28.95 percent to $1,341,486,796.
Shiba Inu was down 2.61 percent to $0.00001206.
Decentralized Finance (DeFi)
Yearn.Finance (YFI) fell 0.69 percent to $8,126.58. Its 24-hour trading volume decreased by 30.56 percent to $25,041,706.
Avalanche (AVAX) fell 4.02 percent to $18.58 and 24-hour trading volume was down 36.24 percent to $240,529,555.
Aave (AAVE) traded down 6.86 percent to $87.22 and 24-hour trading volume was down 6.97 percent to $166,457,040.
