Binance’s summer internship program spans 10 weeks and provides interns with valuable cross-functional learning experiences. Throughout the program, interns will have the opportunity to rotate across various teams, including Marketing, Customer Service and Binance Academy. This unique structure allows interns to gain insight and skills from different areas of the organization, promoting a holistic understanding of the industry.

To ensure a fruitful and enriching experience, interns will have access to mentorship from experienced project managers. These mentors will offer guidance, support and valuable industry insight, empowering interns to maximize their potential and make the most of their internship journey. With this mentorship, interns will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain practical knowledge that will contribute to their personal and professional growth.

Strengthen the future talents to drive the industry forward

As part of the AMP programme, interns will benefit from extensive training and development initiatives aimed at improving their personal and professional skills. These initiatives include specialized training modules such as effective communication, cultural intelligence and effective feedback. In addition to the training and development opportunities, interns will have the chance to expand their professional network. Interns who complete the program may be presented with exciting opportunities for their future career growth. They may be considered for permanent positions within Binance, allowing them to continue their professional journey within the organization. Alternatively, they may be offered a place in the Graduate Leadership Program in 2024, which provides a structured pathway for further development and leadership opportunities within Binance.

The program received an overwhelming response, with over 8,000 applications received. The selection process involved a rigorous evaluation, including interviews, tests and group assessments of case studies. After careful assessment, a total of 23 candidates have been selected to participate in the programme. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional skills, aptitude and potential that align with the program’s advanced management plan, ensuring a high-quality and impactful experience for all participants.
