Leuven, Belgium-based InvestSuite, a B2B InvestTech/WealthTech company, announced on Wednesday that it has secured €6 million in a Series A investment round.
The investment comes from new strategic investors Cronos Group and OSOM Finance, with participation from existing investor PMV. The latest investment brings Investsuite’s total funding to €15 million since inception.

New agreements
As part of the financing team, Anton Altement from OSOM Finance and Frank Stockx from Cronos group will join InvestSuite’s board. Stockx will be the new chairman of the board.

Founded in 2018 by Bart Vanhaeren and Laurent Sorber, InvestSuite offers a suite of white-collar investment solutions for clients to deliver seamless investment experiences to their clients. The company helps financial companies expand their product range with next-generation tools in a flexible, fast and cost-effective way.
Since its inception, the company has developed a suite of successful B2B InvestTech/WealthTech solutions for portfolio construction, digital investing and next-generation portfolio reporting. The Belgian company works with over 20 customers in 14 countries, primarily in Europe and the Middle East, and is expanding to Asia and North America.
