Bondstream opens US market with first FINRA-authorized client

Bondstream, the Estonian disruptive fintech, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an initial five-year license agreement with Xion Advisers LLC (“Xion”), a newly established FINRA-regulated entity specializing in alternative and real assets, headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. Bondstream will provide a white label capability for all products Xion brings to market, including those using other distribution networks.

Bondstream will initially be implemented, in a market first, to focus on the private issue market. This builds on the already established capital markets side of the business, which makes Bondstream the market leader in Europe. Bondstream will continue to develop a single code base and provide support for Xion as the business expands into DTC settlement and broader access to the HNWI market.

William Singer, Partner and Head of Xion said: “There is no other system on the market that combines the important transactional aspects of a CRM system with the detailed transaction-level cash flows that enable a complete reconciliation of positions regardless of stakeholders. The full lifecycle of Bondstream saves time and money, but most importantly everything provides transparency and trust.”

Mr Singer added: “Bondstream will help us capture new markets and Xion will greatly benefit from using this technology to support our deep personal connections in the market. Business is still about people, but with the support of up-to-date information, trusted relationships are easier to manage .”

Mr Singer is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in financial markets and alternative assets. An entrepreneur himself, Mr. Singer chose Bondstream because of the need to provide a single “source of truth” to work with both origination and syndication clients. Transparency and accessibility are important in the fragmented US market where relations with investors and issuers are fiercely competitive.

Bondstream has established itself as the platform of choice for companies that need to unify and control the three most important aspects of capital market financing: cash flow of incoming funds, effective coordination with investor relations teams and help manage placement activities. Bondstream has handled thousands of transactions in Europe for more than 20 public companies with 99.99% availability and a transparency that is disruptive in the fintech market.
