Tamadoge Ultra-Rare NFT Top Bid Surpasses $2750 – Is This The Next Big NFT Drop?

An ultra-rare Tamadoge NFT has attracted a top bid of 2.12 ETH – 112% above its starting price of 1 ETH.
The 100 high-priced pets are currently for sale on OpenSea, and the auction runs until 14:25 UTC Thursday 13 October.
The big bid – about $2,750 – has been placed on Tamadoge #1, which features a cowboy hat, glasses and beach background.
A number of other large bids have been placed, with Tamadoge #42 currently selling for 2ETH.
Only 30 of the NFT pets have max bids at the starting price of 1ETH.
What are ultra-rare Tamadoge animals?
Pets will form the center of the Tamaverse – which is not only the meme coin TAMA, which pumped after the initial exchange offer (IEO) in late September.
Unlike other meme coins, Tamadoge was developed to provide long-term uses and use cases for holders, and the ultra-rare pets are step one in the ecosystem.
The P2E game – styled after the Tamagotchi of the 90s and voted our best NFT game – sees players feed, care for and grow their pets to adulthood, with toys, treats and food purchased at the pet shop with TAMA .
Then, once fully grown, players battle each other for the chance to move up a global leaderboard to win rewards and prizes.
Later in the roadmap, other P2E arcade games will be released, while an augmented reality app is in development – meaning pets will jump out of the screen and can explore the real world alongside their owners.
A total of 21,100 NFT pets will be released in three tiers – ultra rare, rare and common.
The 100 ultra-rare pets will have increased stats giving them a 90% increased chance of ending up at the top of the leaderboard.
There will be 1,000 rare pets and 20,000 common pets, and their release date will be announced in the coming days and weeks.

How to buy ultra-rare Tamadoge pets – step-by-step guide
Step 1: Connect to the OpenSea website
You need a MetaMask, or alternative, wallet to connect to the leading NFT marketplace OpenSea.
Step 2: Find Tamadoge NFT Collection
You need to navigate to the Tamadoge ultra-rare collection – be careful to ensure that you choose the correct collection and not an imitation.
Then find the individual pet you want to bid on.
Step 3: Hold WETH
You must have packed ETH (WETH) in your MetaMask wallet to place a bid.
It can be bought on UniSwap and transferred or bought directly on MetaMask with debit/credit card.
Follow the instructions, but note that you need to allow a little more than the bid amount for gas ($10 is usually enough).
Step 4: Place your bid
Finally, click the “Place Bid” button on the NFT pet you wish to purchase.
Log out of the request and wait for the auction to complete.
