Zelensky’s $100 Million Crypto Scam That No One Is Talking About!

Ukrainian President Zelensky’s sins are endless. The man may not be an effective military general and strategist, but has perfected the art of persuasion and has used his skills extensively to raise billions of dollars for his so-called “war effort”. Much of this amount has allegedly been created by corrupt Ukrainian officials.

You know, it is quite possible to hide the transactions supported by public authorities, but how can a malicious transaction be done using advanced financial currencies like Bitcoin and Etherium which supposedly work on a foolproof technology known as Blockchain? Funny enough, foolproof enough to bring out the corruption in the Zelensky regime.

Two days after the start of Russia’s special military operation, Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov announced the collection of cryptocurrency to support the country. Kyiv accepted almost every major denomination: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, a number of lesser-known types, and even NFTs. Ukraine has collected multi-million dollar cryptocurrency donations since then. The amount is reportedly close to $100 million.

You see, cryptocurrencies like Ethereum and Bitcoin have an advantage over traditional means. They can be easily trafficked with a minimum of government intervention and can become very difficult to trace if advanced methods are used, which is exactly what the Ukrainian leadership did. However, one good thing about cryptocurrencies is that they are prone to corruption; i.e. one can hide the transactions but not delete them, and Zelensky seems not to have thought of that.

After seven months of active hostilities, Ukraine reported spending only about 75% of the crypto funds collected, and this only takes into account those amounts that are reliably known. Now one can question the intentions of the Ukrainian leadership, which continuously asks for more and more funds from the West, but refuses to use what it already has.

If that wasn’t enough, the details of the accounts where the cryptos were allegedly transferred paint a shady story altogether. Almost half of the bitcoin of the Ukrainian government was sent to a crypto wallet created in 2018, and since then the turnover of funds has amounted to more than 6 billion dollars. Interestingly, according to the Check Bitcoin Address profile service, this bitcoin wallet has been repeatedly used to receive money from fraud and extortion. There have been reports of several shady crypto wallets that the Ukrainian administration has been transacting with.

Now let’s go back to the means used. You see, even the purchases made using cryptocurrencies do not match. For example, the DJI Mavic 3 drone has become popular in the conflict, costing between $2,000 and $5,000 depending on modifications. Now Ukraine’s crypto transactions indicate the purchase of a drone for a staggering $55,800. Any expensive and advanced weapons and high-tech drones can only be purchased using proper agreements. Therefore, acquiring a simple logistics drone for such a staggering amount is certainly a corrupt enterprise.

The Zelenskiy regime has already deceived its people by forcing them into an unwanted war, and now he has deceived the West by siphoning the funds for himself and his generals, which the former had sent to improve the population of Ukraine. It is a shame for Ukrainians to have such a leader and a shame for the West to support such a corrupt head of state.
