Cat-themed NFT collection is confident when they reveal an ambitious roadmap

A new NFT collection is driven by Egyptian mythology – and has bold ambitions to be in the heart of an immortal world.

Immortal Cat has been inspired by Anubis – one of the most iconic gods in ancient Egypt – the god of mummification and the afterlife, and the guardian god of lost souls.

A total of 2266 NFTs form part of this collection, and they are carefully divided into five distinctive species: Wisdom, Art, Genesis, Magic and Smith.

The species type determines the rewards that collectors can receive through effort.

As they were created, artists drew characteristics from “the 300 greatest historical figures in human history.”

Not only are Immortal Cats designed to have a unique aesthetic, but they are set to form a whole new civilization.

A new ecosystem will bring together breeding games, a marketplace for secondary sales, postcards and a presence in the meta-version.

ETH message cards also allow users to stamp non-functional tokens with a custom message that can then be sent to any wallet address – creating a new form of communication.

A global team

A social hub will be established in the meta-version, and the founders of Immortal Cat say their roadmap is constantly evolving in line with changes in the market.

The project has centered its offer to provide value to stakeholders in the long term – and offer much more than NFTs, games and airdrops.

The Immortal Cats team is mainly based in California, with some partners found in China and Singapore. The project hopes that the NFT collection will also have global appeal, and an official page has now been added to OpenSea, the world’s largest marketplace.

The project was founded by Raymond, a self-proclaimed NFT enthusiast who describes himself as a “senior blockchain investor” and the brain of a number of Defi and GameFi projects.

Meanwhile, the artist for Immortal Cats is Yazzie – who is said to have created the intellectual property of many big names.

Looking ahead, the project plans to create a studio arm and launch other NFT collections as well.

With a detailed plan in place and a lot to look forward to, the Immortal Cat team is confident in the cats.
