Stanley Capital Partners announces new partner / Chief Growth Officer

Stanley Capital Partners (“Stanley” / “SCP”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Amber Hilkene as Partner and Chief Growth Officer to further strengthen its dedicated and highly talented senior team of sector specialists effective May 15, 2023.

SCP is a fast growing European focused middle market private equity firm with proven expertise in finding and building value locked in tomorrow’s growth companies in healthcare and resource efficiency using technology as an enabler.

Amber was a partner and Head of Investor Relations at AnaCap Financial Partners leading all fundraising and communications activities, having started the business in 2006, and brings a wealth of operational excellence to Stanley. Amber has delivered a formidable track record to date with over 20 years in the private equity sector and with a strong strategic focus on applying technology-enabled models and data-driven investment approaches.

Prior to her time with AnaCap, Amber was responsible for European business development at The Gores Group, a US private equity firm. She began her career with Gores in 1999 and opened the group’s first European office in London in 2004. During her tenure, she acquired and identified several key acquisitions for the firm.

Amber’s fundraising track record has seen her raise more than €5 billion in capital across private equity, credit, co-investment and secondaries.

Amber has also served as director and member of conflict and risk committees. In addition to participating in Diversity and Inclusion (“D&I”) programs, she has personally mentored and sponsored the talent development journey of several candidates.

Stanley also recently announced the launch of the SCP Digital platform, its market-leading intelligent automation and artificial intelligence (“AI”) technology consultancy, following further significant investment from General Partner. With its original S-Labs platform, SCP Digital operates independently of SCP, but provides services to both the SCP portfolio and non-SCP companies.
