5ire, Network Capital launches blockchain module with NITI Aayog
Blockchain technology is one of the driving forces in the world of computer technologies and interest services. It fundamentally changes how we look at cooperation, information exchange and institution building in the twenty-first century. This will also educate people in the blockchain ecosystem to drive adoption of the technology as less than 1% of people use it.
5ire, which is among the fastest growing blockchain unicorns, has lent its technical expertise and knowledge in the writing of the module. Network Capital, which is a mentoring and career exploration platform, has enabled the curation and conceptualization of the module.
At the launch of the ATL Blockchain module, Chintan Vaishnav, mission director of the Atal Innovation Mission, emphasized the importance of “practical innovation” and the need to use blockchain technology to drive social change.
Pratik Gauri, CEO and co-founder of 5ire spoke about the need to align sustainability with innovation. He highlighted the endless possibilities that exist before young students and how they can use blockchain to solve the 17 SGDs.
Utkarsh Amitabh, CMO of 5ire and CEO of Network Capital, concluded the session by sharing his thoughts on building a fairer and decentralized internet that empowers young students to build and learn. 5ire bought a stake in Network Capital last September.
